La Hacienda Bakery Return & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales at La Hacienda Bakery are final. This means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order is in the process of being fulfilled.

Here's what you need to know:

All packages are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 Cancellations: While we strive to accommodate our customers, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders once they have been placed. For the best chance of canceling your order, please contact our customer support team at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date.

Custom Orders: Our items are custom-made and cannot be refunded, canceled, or modified once the order is placed.

Damaged or Spoiled Items: If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Changes: We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address or gift message, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

 However, please note that we cannot guarantee changes can be made, especially if your order is close to being fulfilled. To prevent any issues, please double-check all order details before submitting your purchase.
