La Hacienda Bakery takes pride in delivering our fresh in the best possible condition. However, some factors like weather and carrier delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Schedule:

Shipping Days: We ship our products from Monday to Thursday.

Shipping Start Date: Shipping typically starts two business days after your order is placed.
Please note:
- Weekends and holidays may affect shipping times.

Order Accuracy: Double-check your shipping information before submitting your order and in the confirmation email.

Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Order Changes

Product Edits: We cannot modify products on existing orders. Everything ships as ordered.

Gift Message/Shipping Information: Changes can be requested at least 2 business days before the estimated delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
Coupons, Promotions & Offers

One Coupon Per Order: Only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be combined.

Free Shipping Exclusions: Free shipping coupons are not valid for Alaska, Hawaii, expedited service, Saturday delivery, or bulk orders unless otherwise stated.

Voucher Coupons: Vouchers are one-time use only, and any remaining balance will be lost. Coupon balances cannot be applied to shipping charges.

Offer Details: Customers must meet specific requirements for each offer.

Offer Redemption: Offers must be used when placing an order and cannot be applied retroactively.

Offer Limitations: Offers are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are only valid on La Hacienda Bakery's Nationwide Shipping website.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States (excluding P.O. boxes and Puerto Rico).
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email.
Packaging & Shipping
Our products are hand-packed and shipped based on their specific needs to ensure freshness.

Food Allergies
La Hacienda Bakery is not a wheat, dairy, egg, soy, or nut-free environment. We cannot guarantee that there has not been any cross-contamination with these products, even if the item is not directly made with those ingredients. If a customer has a food allergy, we do not recommend consuming any products.
